Christmas Craft Fair – 6 December 2014

Friends of City Gardens organised the annual Christmas Craft Fair in the Golden Lane community hall. As well as an amazing selection of locally made craft items there was story telling for children and a visit from Santa.

We also took the opportunity to consult the 150 plus visitors about which species they would like to see as conservation targets in the new Biodiversity Action Plan and to recruit volunteers to help in plant and insect surveys in 2015.

And the Christmas trees found a good home on Barbican Station!
