Skanska volunteer session at Sir John Cass School

A team of volunteers from Skanska, the construction company, joined FoCG volunteers at Sir John Cass Primary school to help clear playground planters and paint the wooden roof top veg beds. Some large recycled planters were donated to the school by Broadgate Estates. The team from Skanska and moved and filled the new planters with compost and replanted them to create a new green space in the playground.

In the roof top garden another team cleaned and repainted the veg planters ready for the new growing season.
